We all have been through struggles of mental health at some point in our lifetime. Unfortunately the majority of us refuse to express or talk about how emotions affect us especially those of us who are known as strong and powerful figures in society as it is typically seen as a weakness and usually ignored. This one is definitely a personal piece in hopes to spread openness and awareness of the mind and soul.
